February 2023: The Birth of a Mission
February 2023. My first mission to Pakistan with the AWCF Mission's Team wasn't just a trip; it was a profound turning point. Over eight intense days, what started as simple obedience erupted into God birthing the powerful PAW Mission work in Pakistan. We didn't just visit; we deeply connected, becoming family. We didn't just preach; we sowed seeds of faith and hope that are still yielding abundant, miraculous fruit.
Partnering for Impact
Our transformative journey to Pakistan was a powerful testament to collaboration, fortified by the esteemed partnership with Bishop Samuel Smith and the dedicated mission team from the Apostolic World Christian Fellowship (AWCF). This collective effort was instrumental in laying the spiritual and logistical groundwork for PAW Mission's impactful work.
Bishop Samuel Smith
His profound spiritual leadership and visionary guidance provided the indispensable foundation, aligning every step of our mission with God's divine purpose.
The AWCF Mission Team
A dedicated collective whose unwavering commitment, diverse talents, and tireless efforts were crucial in connecting with communities and fostering local partnerships.
A United Vision
Together, we navigated challenges and celebrated triumphs, forging deep bonds and witnessing the powerful beginnings of God's work across Pakistan.
A Vision Becomes Reality
The Macedonian Call
In Acts 16, Paul received a vision of a man pleading, "Come over to Macedonia and help us." Immediately, Paul responded to God's call.
In September 2022, during an online crusade, a woman testified she had seen me in her dreams—coming to Pakistan, greatly moved by God. Like Paul, I knew this was God's call.

Acts 16:10 — "After he had seen the vision, immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us for to preach the gospel unto them."
The First Outdoor Crusade: Faisalabad Ablaze
Our inaugural outdoor crusade in Faisalabad was a testament to God's power and a pivotal moment for the PAW Mission. Under the leadership of District Elder Johnson, the Spirit moved mightily, transforming lives and deepening faith.
This unforgettable night laid a strong foundation for future evangelistic efforts, demonstrating the hunger for the Gospel and the transformative power of divine intervention in Pakistan.

Acts Chapter 29: God's Unfinished Business
The Book of Acts is more than history—it's the power of God demonstrated through His church. As we explore this living testament, we discover that God's work didn't end at Acts 28. The story continues through us today.
The Spirit Moved As in Ancient Days
This card showcases a Holy Ghost-filled service with AWCF Missionaries, where the power of God moved just as it did in the book of Acts.
Healing the Sick
Thousands came with diseases and afflictions. A paralyzed Muslim man I prayed for personally was walking the next day. Acts 5:16 came alive before our eyes.
Casting Out Devils
We witnessed demons flee at the name of Jesus, including a woman bound by spirits from years of false worship. She was set free and committed her life to Christ.
Received Gladly
Poor by our standards but rich in spirit, believers opened their homes with pride and joy. We experienced the brotherhood of Acts 21:17 in vivid reality.
An Open Door: Preaching the Apostolic Message
In an unprecedented move, we were granted the extraordinary privilege to preach the uncompromised, Apostolic message of the gospel of Christ at the largest Presbyterian Church in Faisalabad. This remarkable opportunity saw over 3,000 eager souls gather to hear the truth and embrace baptism in Jesus' name. It was truly a fulfillment of Apostle Paul's words—a powerful door of utterance opened, demonstrating God's hand moving across denominational lines.
The Highlight: Meeting Our Online Family
The most special moment was meeting precious saints who faithfully watch our services online. Breaking bread together, fellowshipping in their homes, praying side by side—this was Acts 2 community transcending continents.
Modern technology allows us to preach to the nations, but nothing replaces the power of physical presence. To see faces I've known only through screens, to embrace brothers and sisters I'd only prayed for from afar—this was pure joy. They need more than livestreams. They need the stability of Apostolic doctrine and the support of their American family.
A Heartfelt Gathering in Pakpattan
Our journey led us to Pakpattan, where we were blessed to share a powerful prayer service with Pastor Monica Javed and her dedicated house church. This truly delightful visit resonated deeply, evoking the heartfelt sentiment of John's letter to the elect lady and her children—a beautiful connection of faith and family. We prayed, worshiped, and experienced the vibrant spirit of God moving within their community.
Poverty and Riches
We Have Everything
  • Material abundance beyond measure
  • Freedom to worship without fear
  • Resources at our fingertips
  • Yet we complain about everything
They Have Nothing
  • Mud homes worth less than our shoes
  • Churches bombed by extremists
  • Walking miles in darkness to find water
  • Yet they complain about nothing
I taught slaves on brick kilns who were the most gracious hosts I've ever encountered. I watched women beam with pride serving chai to men of God. I saw Christians walk over rubble from destroyed churches to teach Sunday school and worship. The word of God has come to life in me in ways I cannot explain.
A Visit to the Brick Kiln Community
Outside of Okara, we ventured into the challenging environment of a brick kiln community. Here, Pastor Johnson, Pastor Sajid, and Evangelist Sonia led a powerful outreach, bringing not only spiritual nourishment but also tangible support to families in need.
Beyond spiritual support, a significant food distribution took place, where many families received 30 days' worth of essential food rations, blessing them both physically and spiritually through this compassionate act.
Instructing the Next Generation
District Elder Johnson's visit was a beacon of knowledge and spiritual wisdom for the young bible students of Pakistan. Through dedicated sessions, he imparted profound insights into the Beatitudes and guided them on their journey of spiritual growth, igniting a fire for the Word of God in their hearts.
These immersive teachings were a vital part of our mission, cultivating future leaders who will carry the torch of faith. Watching the students absorb these lessons, eager to apply them to their lives, was a powerful reminder of the lasting impact of dedicated mentorship and shared spiritual heritage across continents.

A Foundation of Faith: Our 2022 Outreach
Before our boots ever touched Pakistani soil in February 2023, a year of fervent online ministry and tangible acts of compassion laid the spiritual groundwork. These efforts fostered deep connections and prepared hearts, making the eventual physical visit a powerful culmination of God's leading.
Digital Discipleship
Throughout 2022, we hosted online crusades, early morning Bible studies, and late-night prayer meetings, reaching countless individuals across Pakistan with the Gospel.
Nourishing & Clothing
Funds were invested in critical food and clothing distributions, providing essential relief to vulnerable communities in need.
Children's Joy
During the Christmas season, we sponsored and delivered special gifts, bringing smiles and hope to hundreds of children.
Benevolence for the Oppressed
Specific aid and benevolence were extended to the enslaved workers on the brick kilns, offering a glimpse of God's love in their harsh reality.
Each act, whether online or on the ground, was a stepping stone, affirming God's divine preparation for the impactful mission work that followed. Our first visit wasn't a beginning, but a powerful continuation of what God had already set in motion.
A Miracle in Okara: The Man Who Rode Again
Among the countless encounters, one story stands as a beacon of divine intervention. For five long years, a Muslim man had been paralyzed, his body unresponsive after a tragic accident. Hope had dwindled, but his spirit yearned for healing.
In a profound act of faith, he sought prayer from District Elder Phillip Johnson. The next morning, a miracle unfolded: the man who hadn't walked in half a decade was not only on his feet but joyfully riding a bicycle.
One year later, he remains fully healed, a living testament to the transformative power of Jesus Christ. This incredible healing ignited faith and demonstrated God's unending grace to those who seek Him, truly exemplifying the living Acts 29.
The Okara Crusade: Thirst Quenched
In the vibrant heart of Okara, under the vast Pakistani sky, we gathered for an unforgettable outdoor crusade. District Elder Phillip Johnson delivered a powerful message, resonating deep within the hearts of those present: Jesus is the ultimate thirst quencher.
Amidst fervent worship and heartfelt prayers, the Spirit moved mightily. The culmination of this divine encounter was truly miraculous. In a profound act of public declaration, 16 precious souls were baptized in the name of Jesus, signifying their new life and commitment to Christ. This open display of faith transformed the atmosphere, marking a significant spiritual milestone in the region.
A Fitting End: Baptisms Under the Night Sky
The final day of our mission trip to Pakistan culminated in a powerful testament to faith and transformation. District Elder Johnson spent the day moving between villages, diligently teaching the Apostolic doctrine and sharing the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ with every open heart.
Village Outreach
Throughout the day, Pastor Johnson dedicated his time to remote villages, patiently teaching the Apostolic doctrine and passionately preaching the Gospel to eager audiences.
Trek to the Tubewell
As darkness enveloped the landscape, we embarked on a challenging, miles-long journey over difficult terrain to locate a secluded tubewell for a sacred purpose.
New Life in Christ
Under the silent, starlit heavens, numerous souls embraced new life, stepping into the waters to be baptized in the name of Jesus, marking a triumphant conclusion.
This evening, witnessing these baptisms in such humble, profound circumstances, was the perfect, most fitting conclusion to a deeply fruitful trip. It underscored the raw, authentic essence of spreading the Gospel and ministering to those hungry for spiritual truth.
Under the Starlit Sky: New Life
As the final moments of our mission drew to a close, a sacred hush fell upon the gathering. Under the vast, silent canvas of the Pakistani night sky, numerous souls made a public declaration of their faith through water baptism, sealing their commitment to a new life in Christ. Each immersion was a testament to divine grace, a powerful and unforgettable moment of transformation.
These powerful moments, etched against the backdrop of the celestial expanse, symbolized not just the end of a journey, but the triumphant beginning of many new ones. It was a visible manifestation of the spiritual harvest reaped during our time in Pakistan, a deeply moving conclusion to our outreach.
